It's got a manual switch if you need it. I use this to turn on/off power to an Aleko electric gate that randomly opens the gate, thus letting out my two pitbulls ( happened twice). The second outlet is for a warble type buzzer (eBay ,$13)to let me know if power is supplied to the gate. Update: Big disappointment. After just about a month, this switch quit today. I initially thought it was the remote battery CR 2032; it wasn't. I measured the voltage: 3.24 volts. But the indicator light was either weak or intermittent.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
