Great home machine
We added this to our home gym and it’s a great addition. Fits nicely in the basement and came in 3 boxes that were light enough for two people to move. We’ve greased the pole that the weights slide up and down on but they still have some pull/catch when you’re lifting. The other preference would be that the bench had wheels so it was easier to slide out from under the machine when you wanted to use the row portion. VERY good home gym!
This gym was a pain in the neck to put together, BUT, it wasn’t terrible. We had three people build it (one was in charge of directions and videos) and the other two were the “builders” took us a weekend to build it (we went at a slow pace though, only worked on it for about 3 hours a day) overall VERY satisfied with this set up and it works GREAT! Really glad we found it for a good deal. Compact and functional
We searched for a long time before purchasing. We wanted a smith machine and got so much more. It was a little challenging to put together, so bring your patience as some of the parts aren't labeled and you have to put it together based on pictures in the instructions. Once put together it's perfect; it's high quality and durable. For the pull downs on the front of the machine they all work off of one pulley system so no need to connect and disconnect pulleys, simply add/remove plates on the back. It can handle 1" plates and 2"plates for use and storage. The smith machine and the pulleys glide smoothly and it was great that it came with the pull down bar, ankle strap and rope pull down.
