The best I have used. These can be used even for flamenco in a pinch.

Still another attempt to save your cuticles as well as your natural nails.. Of coarse, there is a learning curve and maybe a little customization, which can be accomplished with regular nail care tools, but they are a great alternative. IMHO, these are a heavier version of the Alaska picks, which I also like, only, with these, there is no need for any natural nails to be present. They attach in reverse to standard finger picks putting the gap at the finger pad and the pick sits in the fingernail position. After some use, they seem to be more comfortable than metal picks and the control allows strumming in both directions.
