It is great arrived as expected put together easy enough works fine. But because the price is so low and on ebay I guess?? there is no guarantee! I phoned Proform because I dropped a washer inside the unit and it would not come out so I wanted to make sure they knew. I registered it on line and that did not work out so she tried while on the phone then said OH there is no guarantee you only paid $108 on ebay and good bye. but who cares it is less than half the cheapest price I could find and it is new and it works.
