Yes, this is one workout you can count on. In fact, I remember it promised results in 10 workouts. Anyone can do 10 workouts. Its not "too" easy though. No pain no gain. Results will be your motivating factor. Give it a try and commit to 10...after which you just may be hooked, like me. You may feel like giving up at first but it gets easier and easier. When you start sweating, your muscles are engaged. You will sweat more at #7 workout than #1. Muscles become more efficient with their usage from this workout. Best workout ever. Susan Harris extremely motivating instructor and she explains exactly what muscle each exercise is working on. Lost 67 pounds in 11 months with no dieting doing this five days a week. Absolutely the best and I look forward to my workouts now. I used this Firm body sculpting video years ago on VHS, then the tape tore up. I always got good results with it. Now happy to have it on DVD.
