Seems rather dry
Usually when I buy liquid eyeliner, I can draw really fat lines with it. But this eyeliner leaves fuzzy lines as if the item wasn't new.

Smudge-proof and black
I adore this eyeliner! It's hard to smudge and it's really moistureproof. Though it's waterproof, I wouldn't use it in a swimming-pool or bathing at sea but the eyeliner is good when it is raining or snowing. And the eyeliner is black, not grey black or pale black but real black. I strongly recommed to buy this eyeliner. I haven't found better.
