Very poor information supplied with the ladder
No info/directions on how to hold this thing together or ideas on how to keep it together---before it is installed it is a wobbly piece of garbage. Trying to keep it aligned is frustrating and quite futile. At a minimum they could include ideas on how to keep it aligned. Also, if you don't need the knuckle joint, get a different 1-piece ladder. The knuckle just gives one more area of misalignment. Overall quality is satisfactory, top of ladder is very rickety, ladder steps are solid.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
