I had my doubts about how decent microwave brownies might turn out, but this little kitchen gadget comes in pretty handy if anyone in the household is a brownie lover. The ingredient tray makes measuring out ingredients incredibly fast and easy - one egg, water, oil, and brownie mix. Once the ingredients are ready, you dump them into the microwaveable plastic cooking pan for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. They come out a little under-baked, which is how I prefer brownies. Depending on your microwave, you may have to adjust the time accordingly for your preferred "done-ness". One standard brownie mix makes about 2 servings using this set up. I throw chocolate chips into the mix, which makes the brownies even more amazing. Both the tray and pan can be washed in the dishwasher.
Super easy to use. I don't put the egg in the measuring space, it just is easier to dump the brownie mix & liquid in the pan/container, then add egg. Really does work in 4 min's. A friend used her's at a evening party. Next day I looked on e-bay for one. Thanks so much.
