OK, but...
The mat arrived packed flat - no curling problems. I also was pleased that it is relatively transparent, so you can put items under it for decoration or referral. To refer to this as non-skid, however, is misleading. On both the desk surface and the piece of heavy cardboard I had under it, it would not sit still. I fixed this, however, with some doubled over scotch tape. Mildly unsightly, but it works. I was then pleased, as I had used a heavy piece of specially cut glass for my previous desk surface and this was much thinner. The problem was that if you try to write on a single sheet of paper the unevenness of the top surface of the mat causes your ink/pencil line to also be "bumpy". I put back the glass sheet and applied more doubled-over scotch tape and I'm happy. I was forced to this because before I'd had an old-fashioned blotter beneath the glass that was destroyed by a coffee spill. It's a good enough product, but be aware of the above.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
