Easy installation
The infrared heat radiates much more heat than a blue flame with neither having electric fans. A blue flame is quieter because the infrared elements make slight nouise from expansion when heating up and shrinking when cooling down. To me the radiant heat is a good advantage. Haven't received this heater yet. I bought the same heater 4 years ago for my man cave. I used it almost everyday and never had any issues with it. These heaters are great. I purchased my first one over a year ago. They need minor cleaning maintenance to run efficient. After the recent storms my lady was without heat so I bought another for her as a backup source. I average 4 days of continuous operation per 40 lb tank of propane. Would be nice if there was a 'lower' setting than '1'! A setting that would light only part of the ceramic . We have never put it above 2. it is to be in the 20's tonight in FL -very happy to have it! We bought a Dyna Glo before this one arrived, No comparison in quality and the back of the dyna glo gets so hot you can't put your hand on it. How would it be safe to 'hang on a wall"?!
