Just bought it to replace a lost part
Hole punchers worn out. The reason I bought it somebody in my home lost one of the hole punchers out of it. I used it when I got it and it did not like to punch holes very well. I replaced the missing puncher with the one I got. Mine was only used occasionally the past 30 plus years. I have no gripe with this order. When my paper puncher does not work to my satisfaction I well replace it the next time.
