Value for money
I bought this as a replacement for one of my worn out low beam bulb. As soon as I opened the box I was little disappointed to see torn original packing of Sylvania. But simply worked as expected, honestly, they exceeded my expectations. I only changed one bulb, but I could the see difference, so I changed other functioning bulb and I am good to go.

they came in a opened package like they said. but looking close at the element it has a used look hard to explain. and bulb had a haze on both of them like they where used. just beware.

Underwhelming
Cleaned and polished my car's headlight lenses... installed the new bulbs using nitril gloves so as to not get body oil on the quartz bulbs. Driver's side bulb seems marginally brighter than passenger side. Both somewhat brighter than originals but not proportional to their cost

Best bulbs out there
Much better than any other bulb I’ve found. FYI. They burn bright so it’s life isn’t as long as others. If you have daytime running lights and it’s your daily driver you get 6 months before one goes. If not used as running lights then a few years of life.

These low beam bulbs does the job it is designed for. It gives little more brightness than original equipment. Hopefully these will last longer as indicated.

Good value...long service life
this original spec incandescent [halogen I think] low beam headlamp perfectly fit our Toyota........it's expected life is longer than the dangerously over bright "upgrade" products now available.........why blind oncoming drivers with your headlights?

Halogen foglight great bulbs
I believe it to be one of the best halogen bulbs availabe. They do last longer than the non-ultra version. This bulb is the 9006 part number which I use for my fog lights.

Best 9006 Halogens you can get
Many people are tempted to replace their 9006 lamps with light emitting diode based headlights. 90% of those are junk and put out less light than the originals, with shorter lifespans to boot. Of the remaining 10%, very few are properly designed for reflectors. If you're after a bit more light output with a slightly cooler color temperature, it's hard to go wrong with Silverstar Ultras. They'll fit every halogen housing that they were designed for, (unlike many LED-based retrofit kits) won't blind your fellow motorists, and keep your lenses warm during the winter to fight snow buildup. The Leds are fine for your highbeams, but stick with these guys for your 9006 lowbeams. They won't let you down.
