Use sparingly as needed
This product does seem to help a little with fissures. It usually takes a long time for them to heal so you have to continue using products. It would be better I feel, to have a squeeze bottle versus glass, where you could squeeze out a drop or two at a time. Its harder to control the flow of a glass bottle.
