I bought this mostly for the tread. It’s nice to be able to get a modern, hybrid style tread on a classic rim size. They mounted up nicely and I had no trouble seating the tires, which has been a problem in the past with several other Kendas I’ve bought. Excellent tires for street use. These tires are very durable and resist flats. If your going to ride on the streets with a lot of potholes and debris then you want these tires with deep groves.
