Great Replacement, Better Than Original
This is a great little replacement kit, it works better than my original one and it does do the job on most minor scratches. It can't do miracles but most disk came out at least 30-50% percent better and maybe 8-10 work at best. Again, it won't do miracles but it will fix most dirty or simple scratch disk from any game system or dvd. Def recommend it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Kinda Spendy to keep buying replacement kits all of the time.
This is my third reorder for the Disc Dr. Replacement wheel and fluid. These wheels are expected to work for around 20 disc repairs. I have been getting about 30 disc repairs, but the replacement kits cost around $12.00. So, it's not cheap to fix your DVDs this way. I get movies from the Public Library regularly and sometimes they are in horrible condition and need to be repaired in order to view them. I guess I shouldn't be complaining about having to spend a little money for DVDs that I am paying nothing to view. BUT, it would be better if Disc Dr. offered replacement wheels in multi-packs at a discount. I've owned two SkipDr products and this wheel seems to be a direct replacement. I don't use the device very often but when used *properly* (i.e. NEVER use it without the correct fluid or you could damage the media) it will make the disc usable again.
