Daily Zinc in small amount is very good for you
Not having the right amount of zinc in your body can lead to a number of physical problems. Doctors often dole out pharmaceuticals for these problems, rather then finding the under line cause and correcting it. This brand of zinc is good for two reasons, it's from a natural source and is not to costly. However, this product is not organic. I find it good for my needs. Zinc in small amounts daily, will boost your immunity to help prevent the common cold, it's also is a necessary element needed to help the body absorb calcium into the bone and muscle tissue to make them strong. Men today are most often deficient in zinc. Their daily diets and/or vitamins don't provide them the needed zinc to prevent a common problem in many men. That is Erectile Dysfunction or ED. In the case of ED, the zinc must be (PINCOLINATE) and not zinc chelated, gluconate, or citrate. Zinc pincolinate no more then 30 mg. in combination with an organic herb called Saw Palmetto, can help slowly reverse ED in most men. These two act on the prostate to help increase blood flow. Of course, with anything your take internally, always check with your doctor first before using any supplements, especially if you are taking any other medications as some supplement and herbs can have adverse reaction with you medications. None of the above information has been approved by the FDA as fact. In addition, to much zinc in the body is not good. Zinc is mineral needed by the body in small amounts to stay health. To much zinc can lead to immune system problems, constipation, cognitive problem and sometime heart problems. So, don't use the old adage, "If a little is good, a lot is better". Because it's not! Check with your doctor. This information has been learned by me after many year of research, reading and study of organic supplements and natural herbs.
