this clear stretch cord is very strong. this 0.8 size fits small seed beads 11.0 to 15.0 there is a way to tie off the ends with a double knot in a specific way, but also add a drop of waterproof glue. aleenes sells jewelry & metal glue in a tube that is waterproof as well as E-6000.
