Although one month outdated, the Calcium hasn't lost strength. I take 2 a day, and it will be good for no longer than I will have it. Unless a professional could prove otherwise I'm happy with it. Saved me money, which does not come before the quality; however as I said it is only one month outdated and will be used quickly.
