I'm not going to say that this works EVERY night, but it has helped greatly to relieve my Restless Leg Syndrome. I only use it at night, because I'm usually on my feet enough during the day that I don't get RLS. Because there are only 50 pills in a small bottle (the box is twice the size of the bottle), they go fast at 3 per night. They last a little over 2 weeks if you don't use them during the day.
