Sharp Enough To Split A Hair!
Absolutely beautiful, well made and easy to keep an edge knife. My only gripe is it's a little small for my hands. I use it for cutting my brisket and bigger meats beautifully. It didn't move to the first knife I go to (I use a traditional butcher chiefly [I have all 'chef' knive too, I just love my butcher]) but it is my second choice. I do highly recommend this knife however to complete your selection!

Overall, delivers as promised
Good at what it does, nice visual appeal to boot. The one caveat is that what appears in the pictures to be layered steel on the blade, looks to be just laser engraved decoration on the metal, at a guess. So if you're looking for actual 'Damascus steel'-ish metalwork, you'll have to go pay more elsewhere. But it does deliver on the cutting, which is what most people are buying it for, after all.
