My level 3 plates fit perfectly with the trauma cushion. I can wear it under my shirt when I go to the range. It is barely noticeable. It is easy to adjust the size. Not intended for CrossFit type workouts
I used 20 lb weight plates for home workouts and jogging. The stitching on these plate carriers do not hold up. The top straps and side straps did not last past 3 workouts. I purchased two and I had the same issue.
