Handy Lightweight Workout System that can travel and fit in one bag
This is replacing one that I have had for many years because the tension band broke. I really love this unit that helps my stay in shape during the winter months especially. I can isolate and work many muscle groups with the one lightweight piece of equipment that then can just easily store on a hook in back of my bedroom door.
