Just an FYI. From all my research, this part number was for the hinge that should fit the top AND bottom on the front driver side door of a 2002 Maxima. However, this only matched the hinge for the bottom of the door. The bottom of the hinge, that I bought, that attaches to the door itself, curves out more than the original hinge that was on the top of the door. Basically, the bottom hole will not match up to the bolt in the door. It's off by about a half inch. So I wound up having to put the old hinge back on the top. Luckily, the bottom one was the bad one anyway. Even though I bought two, the second hinge won't go to waste as I have another 2002 Maxima with the same problem. I will warn you, this is a more difficult job than what a YouTube video shows. The video showed that you could change the hinges without taking the door completely off. However, to get to some of these bolts, I had to loosen the front panel and use a very small ratchet. There isn't a lot of space to work. Let's just say, that a job that probably should have only taken an hour or two took about five. Also, be aware that door is a lot heavier than you think. It's best if you are able to have something to suspend the door from while you're taking it off to change the hinges.
