This is a complete top end gasket set including the valve stem seals. Replacing these gaskets on a 1984 Honda XL250R with the RFVC head is not a small job so it would be nice if the manufacturer indicated if a sealer is to be applied to the cylinder head cover gasket or assembled dry.
