Quick easy cooking, in a weightless item
Cooked eggs and scrambled them well on a MSR pocket rocket stove, non stick is fantastic good. Best bit about this pan, the sheer depth of this. I swear I could literally bung 8-10 eggs in this and cook them gently over a couple of horizontal logs on a fire. Obviously a small stove directs heat into the centre too much, so stirring is important. There is alot of room for food in here easy. Handle comes off too, and is all very light.
