Very flat sound reproduction.
These phones generally have rave reviews. When I first tried them on one of my projects. it sounded flat, narrow and with little energy, so basically, they 'told' me what I needed to hear :-) However, in the summer months since I have owned them, after an hour or so, they become uncomfortable and make my ears / ear surround a bit sore. Aside from this, they are very good and what they claim to do, they most certainly do.
