Great idea to add some flavor!
I found a chorizo bolognese pasta recipe on Pinterest that called for this spice. That day I made one from scratch and ordered this on line, as I couldn't find it in the stores. This is obviously more convenient but the homemade chorizo spice recipe that I made from scratch had more depth of flavor.
