Best I've Tried, and I've Tried A Few
I use a nighttime mouth guard for teeth grinding and every morning I clean it with soap and then plop it in a little water-filled pottery bowl where it'll sit until I need it later at night. I prefer this method to the 3-minute kind where I seem to invariably forget I left it in the solution. I'd rather set and forget; just a personal thing.
