Gets the job done.
As the title says it gets the job done. I like a large cup of coffee and in order to get a large cup I must brew two smaller cups. I find this annoying . It takes extra time to brew two cups of coffee. I had a more expensive coffee maker but it gave me a lot of trouble and finally wouldn't work. This was purchased used to replace the exact model I’ve owned for years. The 2 missing pieces and 1 damaged wasn’t bad because I could replace with my old ones. It doesn’t always work correctly. If you're looking for a "SMART" K-Cup coffee maker option, this item will meet your needs. Since it's not made by "K", you can use "ANY" Cup you'd like! Nice size, doesn't take up much space!
This is a great coffee maker. It not only brews K-cups but it also brews regular ground coffee. I use both types of coffee and it does a great job! It will also brew tea, simply put the tea bag where you put the coffee or just put it right in the cup. Add the water to the machine and turn on and it will dispense the hot water right to your tea. You can also make hot chocolate, just put the mix in your mug and add the water to the coffee maker turn on and it will dispense the hot water right to the mix, just stir and your done. Not really that great

This is my second unit . . . the other one I had was not as nice. This unit is much improved, and, it shuts off automatically. Had a strong burning smell initially but that went away quickly.
