I haven't really had much luck with this yet in way of weight loss. I was hoping that it would be a nice alternative to the OxyElite Pro (I loved that stuff!) but it really doesn't have the oomph. It is helpful in curbing my appetite, so that's nice, but I really can't comment on the effectiveness, because I haven't had much luck yet.
