Great bug deflector once you get it mounted
The bug deflector is good quality and fits the truck well. The installation kit that comes with its is horrible. Took an hour to get it installed and had to use different anchors because the ones supplied are to small and spin in the factory hood holes when you try to tighten the screws.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bad item
This bug reflector fits on my truck but the hardware is no good. So with that being said its useless. I don't understand how everyone is giving it good reviews when the hardware doesn't fit accordingly with this item. Here are my pictures for proof. Don't buy, good price but worthless.

Just what i wanted
Purchased this item hoping that it would help during love bug season in Fl. If it is working I would hate to see what my windshield would look like if I did not have it.All kidding aside, it looks nice on the truck and I am sure it is helping to deflect things up and over the truck. Need two people to install
Very difficult (but not impossible) to install if doing by yourself. Much easier to install if one person holds in place while the other applies the fasteners. You may also need a step stool since the truck hood won't stay open half-way (and all the way open is over 7ft high.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
