Got my case, exactly what I ordered but the filters were a little bit old.
The box it these shipped in was in good shape, but the individual boxes for each filter had seen better days. This prompted me find the date codes on the filter. I had two filters that were made in early 2015, 3 in 2014, one in late 2013. The order got to my house January 6th, 2017. The average filter was 3 years old.
