Too strong for me
I should have paid attention to online articles about RR before buying. This is about 2 to 4 times stronger than the doses used in most studies. Plus, i am sensitive to most medicines and already break many pills in 2 or 4 pieces. This RR gave me disturbing dreams and interfered with my sleep.
