I did not find the Osteo Bi-Flex on my own. My orthopaedic physician recommended it a long time ago, after installation of even more spinal hardware and other orthopaedic surgeries. It's one of those I don't know if it helps, until you stop taking it a short time and learn very quickly that you were doing a lot better when you were taking it as directed.
