Comparable quality at A THIRD of the cost. A Great deal.
This aftermarket / "generic" odor absorber is the Real Deal. It fit perfectly in the air purifier. The construction is identical to a genuine AP1PKP. If you lay the two down side-by-side, you can't tell which one is which. The smell of the activated charcoal is just as pronounced, if not more so, than in the Oreck odor absorber. Its a good filter if thats all you need
I git the filter thinking I finally found a filter I can use in my machine. A pone arrival It looks just like the old filter that came with my Oric. After using it for several days I noticed no difference than before I started using it. So I took it out and looked at it closer and realized that this filter wasn't the same at all. The filter that came with the unit had a charcoal filter that helped with the odors and other things. The one I bought did not. I am not putting the filter down it does what a filter normally would but its just not the one I wanted. I have several little dogs and they have there on room so have a filter with the charcoal is a must other than that it works well with dust, hair' and other little things like that.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
