An expensive but effective weight loss product
If you are consistent in taking the packages as recommended which is working up to 4 packages a day by the 4th day, then 4 packages a day there after, and just walk every day the weight will start to come off. For me it replaces any flavored drink with my meals and I also put an ounce of fresh lemon juice in each of the 16 ounces of water and mix. I think it is very expensive to take 4 packages a day when there are only 26 packages in a box. Taken as directed a box will last only one week.
