It tastes good, but for some reason it doesn't say what type of Collagen it contains, all it says is "hydrolyzed collagen". .. .
A little expensive, and not sure what type of collagen I'm getting, as it does not say (only that it is 4,000 m of hydrolyzed collagen). Regardless, it is much better than starting my day with a high carb soft drink as there are other good things in it as well.
