Very good, but VERY SWEET
This is a great product and perfect for those with bariatric surgery (IMO). However, for myself, I'll probably not buy this brand again. It is just TOO SWEET for me. I expected to to be similar to the low sweetness of the Country Life Chewable Calcium, but it's not. When I ingest supplements that are too sweet it can sometimes make me nauseous. I hate that feeling. So, if you don't mind, or even like, your supplements on the really sweet side - go for it - it is a very good option as far as calcium supplements are concerned, I just won't buy it again for myself because of the sweetness. It's a ust personal taste thing - not any fault of the supplement or the Kal company. Good quality/value but consider the “patient”.
This is supposed to be the most usable type of calcium for the body so that’s good. I got them for my 87 year old mother after she fractured her femur. It wasn't easy to find a chewable Calcium supplement that was Calcium Citrate with the right balance of Magnesium. But, I found this one and love it!
