Favorite cycle lube, clean, easy to use, not a dirt magnet like thicker lubes and have 4 oz. bottles in car and home.
Road miles 8500 -10,000 miles a year. R&RG is a light lube and makes it easy to keep a clean efficient chain. Dry weather...1. Lube chain with one drop on each link, let it sit an hour and wipe off. 2. Wipe chain lightly after every ride or as you think of it. You can never wipe a chain off too much. 3. Lube about once a week. (Wet weather pay more attention to see if any debris is in chain, use a toothbrush, mild degreaser/Simple Green and rag on the chain. Add RnR like instructed.) I get at least 3500 miles on a chain with smooth shifts. Give chain full clean periodically. If it looks gunky give a heavy cleaning using same mild degreaser. USING THIS SYSTEM I HAVE YET TO USE A FULL BOTTLE 16 oz IN OVER 2 YEARS. Just bought the replacement because was down to 2 ounces.

Decent dry chain lube
Pros: It does a good job of cleaning the chain. It makes the chain / cassette run almost silent. Applies easily. Low viscosity, soaks in well. After 400 miles on a new chain, wear measurement shows almost no stretch. Cons: Does not last mountain biking more than 10 miles, chain will start making noise. Huge waste of product using it to clean the chain. I started cleaning the chain with cheaper solvent.

Clean Quiet Friction Free Drivetrain
I ride a fairly high end Roadbike and am meticulous about maintenance. I've tried just about every lube available and many have been exceprionally good at reducing wear but they always eventually left gunk on my chain and pulleys. Then I tried Extreme Purple and it was good, but didnt last long. My LBS gave me my first bottle of this Rock & Roll Gold to try and I really liked it it left my drivetrain clean and quiet, but at first, i felt it also didnt last very long. But what I discovered was that with multiple applications, the longevity increased. There's a great video on You Tube by Friction Facts that scientifically tests the different lubes and this stuff ranks amonst the top performers for friction reduction. I highly recommend the Rock n Roll Gold - follow the application instructions on their site (apply liberally) and if you really want to do it right. Completely degrease your chain first or your first couple of applications will be pulling out gummy lube out the chain. I removed mine and shook it in a bath of mineral spirits to remove all the old lube. Now I only use this stuff and maintenance is muh easier.

One of the best lubes on the market
This product is wonderful. It really does clean the chain as well as lube it- just remember to wipe as much off as you can after applying it to the chain as the directions say. I've tried a couple of other lubes that were pretty cheap and a great value or so I thought until I quickly found out how dirty the chain becomes during a ride. Rock n' Roll Gold will keep your chain much cleaner.

The best chain lubricant for my bike!
Hello. To be honest, I am overwhelmed with positive emotions. I am very glad that I bought Rock n Roll Gold Lube in the NewEraCycle store. Rock and Roll Lube Rocks
The gold is an excellent lube for both my mountain and road bike. I like having one lube for both. I ride in dry dusty conditions and like that the lube doesn't attract dirt. If you ride in different conditions I would just use one of the appropriate rock and roll Lube. My favorite part is that the lube is so clean. If you wipe the chain off after application like you should your chain will remain very clean. I use a gold chain and enjoy the fact that actually looks gold and hardly leaves a tattoo on my calf after an accidental bump.

Great Lube
I studied the pros and cons if mostly anecdotal information on chain cleaners and lubricants before settling on Rock "n" Roll. It strips the gunk clean from your chain and jockey wheels if you just apply a minute amount and turn them through a rag. If you want to see it's affect upon your drive chain let it go for awhile then clean it with this stuff and see the immediate difference. It does what it is supposed to do.

Love this chain lube!
I have tried a number of different chain lubes and really like this as I am not always going to clean my bike and don't want to take it apart. You just put it on, go with plenty and then some, and wheel it along then wipe it off. It works GREAT!!!!

Cleaner drivetrain lube
It keep the drive train much cleaner than what I was using before ( Epic clean ride ). I will say it doesn't last a long as clean ride in our conditions. ( AZ high desert - dry & dusty ). I now keep a small bottle & rag in my riding kit.
