Chealated Iron: Works On Yellowing Trees
Ferti-lome Cheatlated Liquid Iron: 2 pine trees in our yard were yellowing so we tried the fertilizer stakes to no avail. A family member recommended "Chealated Iron" and not the other "Iron" products that contain iron in other forms. Withing 2 weeks, the trees were significantly greener, by the 4th week it looked like the rest of the row. Worked for us. We went to all the local big box and nurseries and could not find it. Miraculous recovery in short order.
I tried ironite 3 X's with spraying the yard to eliminate yellow grass and the ironite failed to affect it. So, I did what I always do and researched further. Turns out, I needed a chelated iron which the yellow grass would absorb better. I was surprised to see what I believed to be a difference after 48 hours, though it was minimalistic. I photographed the yellow grass prior and each day since I sprayed the liquid. On Thursday, the third day out, I confirmed there was a change, and it got even better on Friday after Mondays yard spraying. Then the pictures I took on Saturday was all green grass.
