Good supplement for anxiety, focus & non-anxious energy
I was diagnosed with ADHD & major depressive disorder. I got off my prescribed antidepressant and was in the market for something natural/holistic that could help get me through. This has been good for focus and has helped with anxiety. I had immediate results from the first use but have learned results will be even better with consistent, continued use. Of course it has only been God that has given me to power to get through and heal, but He uses many things to bring about healing and freedom through His Spirit and this is one of them for me right now. Also, for anyone who has ADHD and is on medication, I have found that this increases the strength of my medication so I have to be careful & time it so that I take it several hours (5-6) before or after my ADHD medication so that they do not counteract. And if I take it too late, it seems like it may be giving me a slightly tougher time with sleeping through the night. Ideally if I could swap my ADHD medication for this, all those issues would be alleviated. But we shall see. Taking it a day at a time for now. But a good one to give a try for sure.
