Excellent alternate to sand.
An excellent medium for "blasting equipment". Does a great job of removing rust, old paint, etc., from both metal and plastic parts. Leaves a nice "satin" finish which can be left "as is" or painted over. If used in an enclosed blasting machine, it can be used many times without replenishing. If used in the "open", protective eye and respiration gear should be worn.
