I love this product so much. It works under and over lip tints, lipsticks, and even liquid lipsticks. It keeps my lips moisturized and the formula is super smooth. Some lip balms like the jpn nivea delicious drop if used over a lipstick the formula almost changes and feels gritty, but this one does not it stays super smooth.
