It's a good, lightweight tool
I bought the compact saw for tiling and flooring, and it was everything that I needed. It cuts wall tile perfectly, and it lets me cut through wood, linyl and laminate very well. I put it to use immediately and I have no complaints. It works well I cut some wood with it…super fast. I cut down spouts for gutters super fast and cut thick aluminum faster that 41/4 grinder .
