Worth the effort
While replacing the battery is no easy matter this replacement battery was a direct fit for the old one and it immediately refired my phone. Getting the case open is a little difficult, but removing the battery, which is held in place by double-sided tape, is without a doubt a challenge for the patience of a saint.
