OUT OF ROUND TIRES
I felt a bad vibration after i had tires mounted and balanced. I took them back to check the balance. 3 out of 4 tires had a bounce to them as if they were out of round and all 3 tires done the exact same thing in the exact same spot. All 3 were bouncing on the outside or the side with the white letters. You could see it as it spun on the balancing machine. Maybe just bad tires from the same lot.
