Nice rack!
Product arrived quickly and everything looks good. I have it installed on my bike, but haven't fully loaded it up yet. Arrived with a minor scratch on the black coating, but nothing to be worried about. If it's your first time installing a rack, be aware you may need to cut the support arms down to size once you get it fitted on. That's true of many rear racks.

Quite possibly (other than day time safety lights and a camera) the best purchase I've made for my bike. Not only does this rack support my panniers (loaded to the gills) but, it's also useful for carrying odd shaped stuff. It's extremely light weight, sturdy, and well made.
