Light and Dark - A good mix.
This murder mystery series is fun. It combines the right amount of light character interplay and action, with the darkness of evil deeds and foul play. The characters are established in the first episode showing their worth and problems, their passion, for their work and downright nosiness. Their inquisitive natures get them involved where they should not be, but because they become so, the right outcome prevails. Their sense of humor and fairness, since both have suffered unfairly and yet keep their upbeat attitudes, lead them into adventures that become extreme, but have positive results.
