This unit is worth every penny, easy to install with ample adjustment. Installed this backrest before a 350 mile ride and it really helps support my back with no rider fatigue. Even my passenger made a comment on how she felt more secure during braking with the backrest installed. So So quality
The backrest itself is nice. It was easy to install and adjust to fit me and it is comfortable. However the backrest has a pouch that velcros to the back of the backrest and it started pulling the material off of the backrest itself. I'm not sure if this is a common problem on these or if I just got one of lesser quality one. Quality Backrest
This is a well made backrest assembly. I think Kuryakyn really hit the mark with this product. The design allows for easy installation and virtually unlimited adjustability. I did have to fit-check the install location 2 or three times to get it to line up with he seat position. Not a major inconvenience though. Kuryakyn Driver Backrest
Installed this backrest for my ride to Sturgis. It was great! No back fatique, had great support. Installation was easy. got the fender bracket placement the first time. One nut had very little clearance. Held the nut in place with a magnet (up near the battery) and threaded the bolt into it. Got the fender bracket placement right the first time. Just had to switch the backrest to the other side of the arm (backrest goes on either side of the plugin arm) and it worked perfectly.

Comfortable backrest
