The car seat arrived in two days, which was right on time. The box was in decent shape. Everything was in the box, and was in the plastic, with all tags attached. The product was new, and was relatively easy to install. It is very heavy, for a car seat, but that is a good thing when it comes to protecting your child.

Great seat
Bought one for my 2 year old. She loves it, with room to grow! Bought another one for my newborn for when she outgrows her infant seat. Very heavy and sturdy. If you're wanting to move between cars, I'd recommened not purchasing.
